Tracking subscriptions of my products

The tracking of your product subscriptions is centralized on one page of your Plug platform.
Access the subscription page
- Log in to your Plug platform
- Click on the Subscriptions page
On this page you will be able to see information about your different subscribers (Name, first name, the product, etc...). This page will also allow you to track the status of their subscription.
Not just for finalised subscriptions
From the moment someone enters your path, they will be registered in the database and will be displayed on your subscriptions table. This way, you will also be able to see at which stage of the journey a certain subscriber has stopped.
Get more details about a subscription
In order to have more details about a certain subscription, you will have to choose the subscription of your choice and click the button Editunder Actions. This button will redirect you to a page that will show you all the answers provided by the subscription.
Continue the subscription on behalf of the prospect
It is possible to be able to continue the subscription on behalf of the prospect. To do this simply :
- Return to the Subscriptions page.
- Choose the subscription of your choice and click Edit under Actions.
You will then be taken to an interface with your subscription journey where you can continue the subscriber's subscription.
Export my subscriber data
It is possible to export your subscriber data to a CSV format. To do this go to the page Subscriptions, then at the top of your subscriber list, click on this icon:
Making a subscription on behalf of a client
It is possible on Plug to be able to make a subscription on behalf of a client. To learn more about this, please visit this article.
