Make a subscription on behalf of a prospect

It is possible that in some cases the broker / distributor or seller:

• makes a subscription on behalf of the customer
• takes over a subscription started by a customer to finalise it.

All this is possible on Particeep Plug, and this from the Broker backoffice. 

Make a new subscription for a customer

In order to be able to make a new subscription from a customer, you need to:

Connect to your Broker instance

Click on My Products in the side menu.

On the product of your choice, click on Actions then Add

You can then: 

• Fill in the customer's information
• Choose the tariff of your choice
• Indicate their email so they can be notified and track the subscription

Resume and finalize a subscription for a customer

In order to take over and finalise a customer's subscription, you need to :

Connect to your Broker instance

Click on Subscriptions in the sidebar menu

On the customer's subscription start line , click on Actions then Add

Finalize the customer's subscription
