Configuring your Particeep Plug instance

To configure your Plug solution, you need to prepare several items
Administrator email
- Email of the person in charge of the solution
- The phone number
Graphic map :
- Logo (ideally 50px high) and Favicon in 32x32 format
- Colour codes (3 main colours)
- Text font
- Specific layout if possible
The subscription journey:
- The sections (titles…)
- The sub-sections
- The questions (data and documents) to be filled in mandatory and non-mandatory
- The business rules and conditions on questions and steps.
The product documentation
- Name of the product
- Description of the product
- A mock-up of the presentation page of the offer to be distributed (Particeep offers existing and customizable templates)
- All marketing and legal documents in PDF format (special conditions…)
- The GTC
The documents to be signed
The template document of quotation or contract in docx format to be pre-filled and signed
The choice of payment system
- Automatic generation of a sepa mandate and signing the mandate
- Payment by CB via Stripe
The commercial proposal
