Manage my payment account online

Particeep Plug natively offers an online payment account to simplify the payment of subscription amounts for financial products and services.
From each dedicated online esteem it is therefore possible to:
- configure your payment account
- modify your payment account information
- communicate with the payment service provider's teams
By default we offer the Stripe payment service but other providers can be connected to the Particee Plug solution.
Configuring your payment account
To activate your payment account,

- Log in to your Broker instance

- Click on the silhouette icon at the top right of the page, then on Profile and scroll down the page to Settings

- Click on Connect your payment account.

- Then follow the various steps requested and confirm
Be careful to fill in your business name as it will appear on the bank details of your subscribers

Changing your payment account
It is possible to modify the basic information of your payment account from your Particeep Plug profile.
The modifiable information are:
- The company details
- The bank details attached to the Stripe account
