What is a subscription journey?

A subscription journey is a tunnel to align a potential subscriber with a product and an offer. This tunnel is composed of steps made of questions allowing to make a proposition adapted to the user.

A journey made of steps

On Particeep Plug, a step is a page of the subscription journey. This step often has its own theme such as the identity of the subscriber, his email address or then the choice of the subscription. In order to facilitate the development of the subscription journey, Plug offers an amalgam of pre-configured steps to meet different expectations. To learn more about this topic, do not hesitate to consult our article on the different types of steps on Particeep Plug.

How is a subscription journey built on Particeep Plug?

In order to facilitate the creation of subscription journey, Plug has set up a subscription journey editor. This allows you to easily define the structure of your subscription journey with its different elements.

The subscription journey

In order to build a subscription journey, we use an editor to define the components of the journey. This interface allows you to easily add different steps to the subscription journey to better fit your expectations.

To learn more about the structure of a step in a Plug subscription journey, please see this article.

Integration of banking or insurance product(s)

A subscription journey is built around one or more insurance or banking products. These are the products we want to offer to the prospects in the subscription journey.

Our solution Particeep Plug offers an on-shelf product catalogue that can be used in our subscription journey. This catalogue allows you to digitise your banking and insurance product distribution activity in a few clicks. To find out more, feel free to read this article.

If you would like to use a banking or insurance product that is not in our catalogue, send us an integration request to support@particeep.com with the following information:

  • The pricing documentation
  • If the product is on a webservice (API), a technical point of contact with the webservice is needed, as well as test and production access
  • The contractual documents
  • The sales file to be communicated to the banking or insurance partner when the subscription is finalised

Important note

At the moment, the first subscription journeys are created by the Particeep teams. The aim of this article is to make you understand how a subscription journey is created.

What to do next
