A subscription journey is a tunnel to align a potential subscriber with a product and an offer. This tunnel is composed of steps made of questions allowing to make a proposition adapted to the user.

On Particeep Plug, a step is a page of the subscription journey. This step often has its own theme such as the identity of the subscriber, his email address or then the choice of the subscription.
