The possible configurations
The appearance of the course
The appearance of the course is fully modifiable from a product's Widget page, whether it's changing the colours, the appearance of the input fields or adding your own CSS file. An article dedicated to modifying the appearance of a course has been written, you can read it here.
The email address for notification emails
It is possible to edit the Sender email address which will be used for all emails sent by Plug. A dedicated article has been written on this topic, which can be viewed here.
The "External Scripts"
It is possible to attach external services to your subscription path. The list of available external services is limited as integrating a new service requires technical development from Particeep. You can find below the list of available external services and the value to put in the field key associated field:
Name | Expected key value | Description |
eu-cookie | The URL to the privacy policy and cookie management page | This external script adds a banner allowing the user to confirm the use of cookies on their subscription path |
Google Tag Manager | A Google Tag Manager key with the following format: GTM-XXXX . More info here. | This script allows you to manage the various Google tags, including Google Analytics. |
Zopim | The access token | This script allows you to set up a live chat. |
The payment method
Plug subscription paths natively integrates the solution Stripe to meet the need for online payment on a subscription path. As shown in this article, the Stripe solution offers the user the option to pay either by CB or SEPA direct debit. From the configuration page of your subscription path, you will be able to choose to offer these 2 choices to the user of the subscription path or only one of the two choices (only CB or only SEPA)
